As a Lawful attempt to receive the redress of grievances, We, the People of the United States, hereby demand that the 111th Congress of the United States, having been elected to preserve and defend the Constitution of the same; fulfill their obligations by immediately repealing all legislation passed during the last fiscal year.

Furthermore, we demand that further consideration of the bills regarding so-called "Health Care Reform" are immediately halted in the legislative process. The Health Care Bills, having been revealed to not solve any of the listed problems, and having no legal right of passage in accordance with the Constitution of the United States, are an incomprehensible offense against the law-abiding citizens of this great Nation.

We further demand, that pursuant to the recent revelation that Climate Change is, in fact, a hoax perpetrated by prejudiced and corrupt "scientists"; that the consideration of any and all further legislation regarding the same be terminated without delay.

The so-called "Health Care Reform" bills have been demonstrated by the Congressional Budget Office and the Office of Budget and Management to be largely ineffective and absolutely cost-prohibitive, and therefore should neither be passed by the Congress, nor signed by the President.

Likewise, the so-called "Cap and Trade" Legislation serves no other purpose than to retard innovation and production of technologies potentially beneficial to the United States' Economy, and as such should be removed from consideration by the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Additionally, all legislation and regulation under consideration regarding so-called "Internet Neutrality" is, in fact, an abridgment to the Constitutionally protected "Freedom of Speech" and serves no other purpose than to afford the Federal Government control over the content and transmission of web-based communication, and as such is flagrantly contradictory to the Constitution of the United States.

Should any such legislation or regulation be passed and signed into Law, We, the People, will take those actions as acts of willful disobedience, willful negligence, and Treason against the United States, its Citizens, and its Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land; and we will be forced to prosecute you, the elected officials of the Federal Government, pursuant to the Constitution of the United States, and pursuant to Natural Law.

We, the undersigned, representing the People of the United States, do pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor, in defense of the Constitution and the Citizenry whom it protects against the apparent corruption of the 111th Congress and the 44th President of the United States of America, of whom none shall retain their elected office, should these grievances go without redress.
